1. Digital products
qloudihub sells digital templates and guides. Free downloads carry no charge. Paid products are sold through an external checkout provider that issues receipts and delivery links.
2. When refunds may apply
Contact us if a paid file is faulty, not as described, or cannot be downloaded. We will review requests in line with the checkout provider's rules and applicable consumer law.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@qloudihub.com or use the contact form with your purchase email and product name.
4. Free products
Free downloads carry no charge and therefore no refund.
